If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or building management. Formula Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and our small-batch production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
