Our Return Policy

All sales are final. Our fragrances are produced in small batches and offered in limited ordering windows, which means we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@formulahaus.com or 813-252-0778. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement of the same item whenever possible. If the item is no longer available due to the limited nature of our releases, we will provide a refund to the original payment method or a store credit at your preference.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal scent preference, sensitivity, or perceived performance. We encourage sampling first. Our 2 ml and 5 ml sizes are designed for discovery before investing in larger formats.

Orders reported as lost after carrier confirmation of delivery are not eligible for refund. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. We are happy to assist with a delivery inquiry, but replacements or refunds are issued only when the carrier confirms a loss prior to delivery.

Archive and limited releases are subject to extremely limited stock. In the rare event of a verified defect and no available replacement, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
