Yes. All of our fragrances are created to be unisex, inviting you to define your own relationship with scent rather than being told who should wear what.

All purchases are final sale. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and our small-batch production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.

We work quickly to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

• Domestic (U.S.): Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.
• International: Delivery may take 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Please note that pre-orders ship once the batch is complete and ready. If you purchase additional items with your pre-order, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order is available.

All Formula Haus fragrances are proudly crafted in the United States using globally sourced, high-quality ingredients. Each batch is blended and bottled in-house to ensure the highest level of quality, consistency, and care.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: We offer flat-rate and standard carrier shipping options. Rates typically range from $5–$12. Shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $125.
• International Orders: Shipping fees vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Sold out is not gone. Once a fragrance opens, it stays part of the Haus. We make in small batches, so a fragrance can sell out while the next batch is being prepared. The mailing list always hears first when a restock lands.

Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated form of fragrance we work with. It wears closer to the skin, lasts longer through the day, and unfolds slowly rather than all at once.
