Purchase Options & Cancellations Policy

Overview

Formula Haus fragrances are crafted in small batches and released during limited ordering windows. Quantities are limited and items may sell out quickly.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We also offer installment options through Shop Pay Installments powered by Affirm and Afterpay. Installment plans are subject to the terms of the provider you select at checkout. Any refunds for orders placed with installments are processed back through the original provider.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive email updates for order confirmation and shipping. Shipping times begin once your order is marked fulfilled.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is submitted because our small-batch inventory is allocated at checkout. If you made an error, contact us immediately at hello@formulahaus.com or 813-252-0778. If your order has not entered fulfillment, we will do our best to assist. Once fulfillment begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Address Changes

If you need to update a shipping address, contact us right away with your order number and the correct address. We can assist only if the order has not shipped. Once a package is in transit, changes must be requested through the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and the limited supply of our releases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for scent preference or sensitivity. We encourage sampling first with our 2 ml and 5 ml sizes.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email hello@formulahaus.com within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will replace the same item when available. If a replacement is not available due to the limited nature of our releases, we will issue a refund or store credit to the original method of payment.

Limited and Archive Releases

Archive and limited releases are produced in very limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed. If an item oversells due to simultaneous checkouts, we will notify you and refund promptly.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties or import fees charged by the destination country.

Fraud and Order Verification

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not pass our payment provider’s verification checks. This protects our customers and preserves limited inventory.
