We make in small batches, so a fragrance can sell out while the next batch is being prepared. That is the only reason something is ever unavailable, never because a window closed on you. Once a fragrance opens, it stays part of the Haus.

We won't run a public countdown on exactly when a restock lands; batches are sized to real demand and added back as they're ready. What we can tell you is this: the mailing list is always first to know, before a restock is ever made public.

So if a fragrance you love is sold out, it is resting between batches, not resting for good, with the earliest word reserved for the list.
